Each Follow-Up Program is a series of four to seven greeting cards mailed out over a three year period of time. This would include special anniversary dates such as home purchase anniversaries, refinance anniversaries etc. Some cards gently ask for referrals and repeat business while others simply let your clients know that you are thinking of them. The Follow-Up Program is a powerful way of keeping you "top-of-mind" with your clients.
Getting started is incredibly easy. All you do is purchase a Follow-Up Program for each client, usually after a closing. That's it! We'll handle the rest, mailing each card in the program to your client over the next 3 years. Automatically. We do all the work. YOU GET ALL THE CREDIT!
