Once you purchase a Follow-Up Program for a specific client of yours, that's it! We'll do all the rest. Over the next 3 years, we will automatically send your personalized greeting card to your client on the anniversary dates outlined below. Of course, each card is hand-signed with your first name (simulating your signature), includes your business card, is enclosed in a colored envelope, and stamped with a first-class commemorative stamp.

Portfolio Buyer Program

The Follow-Up Buyer Program is a 7-card, 3-year program. This program is sent to clients who recently purchased a home. The cards are mailed based on the following schedule:

• Card 1 - sent one month after the closing.
• Card 2 - sent six months after the closing.
• Card 3 - sent on the first anniversary of the closing.
• Card 4 - sent eighteen months after the closing.
• Card 5 - sent on the second anniversary of the closing.
• Card 6 - sent thirty months after the closing.
• Card 7 - sent on the third anniversary of the closing.

Portfolio Seller Program

The Follow-Up Seller Program is a 7-card, 3-year program. This program is sent to clients who recently sold a home. The cards are mailed based on the following schedule:

• Card 1 - sent one month after the closing.
• Card 2 - sent six months after the closing.

• Card 4 - sent eighteen months after the closing.
• Card 5 - sent two years after the closing.
• Card 6 - sent thirty months after the closing.
