Mortgage Home Anniversary Card Program - Four Card

This Mortgage Home Anniversary Program is a 4-card, 3-year program. This program is sent to clients who recently purchased a home. The cards are mailed based on the following schedule:

• Card 1 - sent one month after closing.
• Card 2 - sent on first anniversary of closing.
• Card 3 - sent on second anniversary of closing.
• Card 4 - sent on third anniversary of closing.

This Mortgage Home Anniversary Program is a 7-card, 3-year program. This program is sent to clients who recently purchased a home. The additional three cards allow you to stay in contact with your client every six months. The cards are mailed based on the following schedule:

• Card 2 - sent six months after closing.
• Card 3 - sent on the first anniversary of closing
• Card 4 - sent eighteen months after closing.
