  • Do Business Greeting Cards Really Work?

    Absolutely! Due to their nature, greeting cards have an open rate of 98%. In othe words, 98% of the people who receive a greeting card will open and read it. No other direct mail piece even comes close to this open rate. On top of that, people simply don't see greeting cards as a form of marketing. That's why they're so receptive to everyone, and also why greeting cards are underrated and overlooked.

    That's why our programs are so effective. Your messages of appreciation and thanks are not only read, but they're well-received as well. When you gently ask for referrals, your clients will listen.

    The success of our programs is also based on consistency. So, even though we use greeting cards, it's the fact that we're sending cards out consistently, numerous times during the year to "touch" your clients, that eventually results in more repeat & referral business.

  • Can't I just do this myself?

    Managing all your clients, scheduling your mailing programs, and mailing each and every greeting card on time is no small feat. That's why when you try to do it yourself, it usually falls by the wayside and never gets done, or not done consistently.

    When you hire us to create and manage your program, we will send every card out on time, every time. We know exactly which card to send, on what day and to which client. We can keep track of all your clients' birthdays and send their birthday card when it's due. AND, we do all this at a lower cost to you.

  • How are you able to manage all my clients?

    The reason why we can provide such a valuable service at such affordable rates is because we run our business on proprietary software that manages all your clients and the mailing programs that you have signed up for. We will never miss a mailing or a client. And we provide detailed reports.
  • Why do you sign my first name?

    We individually hand-sign each card with your first name. This makes your card so much more personal and meaningful than simply scanning and printing your signature. People can tell the difference between a printed and hand-signed signature. It's been proven that hand-signed names make a stronger and more positive impression.

    Please be aware that we are not 'forging' your name. When we sign your first name, it will be similar to your signature, but not exact. Yet your clients will never know that you used a service.

  • How do you price your services?

    Because we customize our programs to fit your business and needs, pricing is based on the program you select and the number of clients that we mail to. With that in mind, we will provide you with a price per card. This price per card includes all our services AND first-class postage. You'll find our prices to be surprisingly affordable, and well worth it to sign up and start building your repeat and referral business.

    Our Follow-Up programs for the real estate and mortgage industries are priced differently. Each Follow-Up program is purchased for a flat fee per client or transaction, and are very reasonably priced.

  • What Are Your Methods of Payment?

    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accpet check and wire transfer.
  • Are there any hidden fees or extra charges?

    There are no hidden fees to be concerned of. All our pricing and fee structure will be reviewed with you before signing up. We do charge an initial setup fee of $125, which includes setting up your account, your programs, cards and custom messages, and importing your client database. After that, there is a yearly administrative fee of $55 to manage your account and provide reporting.

    For our Follow-Up programs, there is no initial setup fee since each Follow-Up is purchased per client; but, there is a yearly $55 administrative fee (starting in year 2).

  • Is there a minimum?

    We do require a minimum of 100 clients (ie. cards) per Business Greeting Card mailing.
  • Do you provide reports?

    Yes! We do include reporting as part of our service. For our main Business Greeting Cards program, a report will be generated and emailed to you at the time of each mailing. The report shows you a list of the clients that you mailed to. We can also include the client's phone number, effectively turning the report into an effective sales tool for follow-up calls after a mailing. The report is emailed to you as a PDF document.

    For Business Birthday Cards mailings, we send you monthly reports of all the birthday card clients that you mailed to.

    For Realtors, Mortgage Brokers, and other professionals who purchase our Follow-Up Programs, we do provide detailed reporting throughout the 3-year or 4-year term of the program, keeping you informed and up-to-date on which clients received your cards.

  • Must we use your suggested sayings?

    No. You're not obligated to use any of our suggested sayings. You're more than welcome to provide your own. Or we can help you write one.
  • We're not in Las Vegas. Can we still hire you?

    Of course you can! We do have clients in other states and have no problem meeting their needs.

    One thing to keep in mind is that if we mail your cards from our location then your cards will show the postal indicia from Nevada. However, an easy way around this is for us to do all the preparation and then ship you the sealed and stamped greeting cards. This way, all you do is drop the cards at your local post office, and your cards will look like they were mailed from your location. (the cost of shipping the cards is additional)

  • Can you create a custom card for us?

    Yes! We can certainly create a custom card for you. You can provide us with your own photography or artwork, or you can commission us to develop a custom card for you. We can then use your custom cards in your mailing programs. Pricing for custom cards do increase slightly, but you'll still find us to be amazingly affordable.

    Custom card ideas are only limited by your imagination. One of our clients is planning a custom card showing a photo of their impressive booth at their yearly industry trade show. As part of their Business Greeting Cards program, they plan to mail the custom card to all their customers a month prior to the show. The card thanks the customers for their business, and invites them to visit their booth. The card will include the booth information. What a great way to combine showing appreciation, building their business relationship, and making a valuable announcement all at the same time.

  • Can we cancel your service at any time?

    Absolutely! You can cancel our services at any time. All we require is a 60-day prior written (email is okay) notification.
